Visiting Napa & Sonoma

We’re always being asked what are our favorite places to visit when we are in the wine country. Oddly enough, we always have trouble answering that question because we’re always finding something new! In any case, here’s a list of our current favorites…

• Gloria Ferrer - we like to make this our first stop in wine country…straight off the plane and into a glass of bubbly! Gorgeous views!

• Laurel Glen Vineyard- Excellent Cabernet in Glen Ellen…the tasting room feels like home!

• Paradigm Winery - Taste great Cabs in the middle of the vineyards in Oakville.

• Artesa Winery - Check out what they are doing with natural yeast in their Pinot Noirs! Beautiful views in Sonoma!

• Elyse Winery - Wonderful Zins! Go visit the winery dog!

• Round Pond Winery - Great wine tasting and, if you’re nice, they will let you harvest fruits and veggies from their garden!

• Ashes & Diamonds - Something completely different, but fun!

• Enoteca Della Santina - Good food, interesting wine list, fun bartenders, and great music!

• The Girl and the Fig - Always wonderful for “No Chardonnay Day”!
